What payment options do you offer?

You can pay using PayPal, credit or debit card. The payment processors, eg, Shopify or Paypal keep your payment information secure. I will never see or receive your Paypal, card or banking information.

Can I return/exchange my order?

You can absolutely return your order. Please read my Returns Policy for what to do. I'm afraid I don't accept exchanges. 

When will I receive my order?

My handmade items and pattern kits are currently not made ahead of time and so I need a time to get the yarn, make the item, etc. Please refer to the Shipping page for full details about made to order, custom orders as well as ready made items.

I have a problem with one of your patterns. What do I do?

I try to make my patterns as easy and simple to follow as I can. They are also thoroughly tested by knitters and crocheters to make sure that everything is clear and easy to understand and follow. If there is something you need help with please message me and I will help as much as I can. Just click the 'Chat with Us' button on the bottom right hand side of the page to message me. 

Can I test for one of your patterns?

I would love for you to test one of my patterns. Be sure to bookmark my Pattern Testing page and follow me on Instagram and/or Facebook for upcoming tests for both my knit and crochet patterns. Or, you can apply to be added to my email testers list. Folks on this email list are the first to hear about new pattern tests.

Do you ship internationally?

I do indeed. Please refer to my shipping page for full details. 

Once I've ordered, what communication can I expect from you?

You will receive two standard emails from myself regarding your order.
Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When I ship your order you will receive an email to let you know your order has shipped, with the tracking number if you have opted for the tracked option.
If I have a question with your order, such as needing confirmation on your yarn choice, sizes, etc, then I will message you with my question. 

Where can I find my pattern?

When your pattern order has been processed you will receive an email with a link to download the pattern. From there you can download and save it to your computer or tablet.
